  • chopped basil
  • 1 egg
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • salt
  • pepper
  • tomato sauce
  • mozzarella

Recipe

  1. Slice 2 zucchinis thinly
  2. Make cheese mix: combine 1 cup ricotta, 1/4 cup grated parmesan, 1/4 cup blended cottage cheese, chopped basil, 1 egg, 2 cloves garlic, salt, and pepper
