Ingredients

  • 1 cup strawberries
  • 1.5 cup milk
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 cups oats
  • 4 tbsp chia seeds
  • 2 containers Oikos vanilla greek yogurt
  • 4 scoops unflavored whey protein powder

Recipe

  1. Blend 1 cup strawberries, 1.5 cup milk, and 2 tsp vanilla extract together.
  2. Mix the blended strawberry milk with 2 cups oats, 4 tbsp chia seeds, 2 containers Oikos vanilla greek yogurt, and 4 scoops unflavored whey protein powder.
  3. Divide into 4 servings and refrigerate overnight.

Makes 4 servings. Macros: 385 calories, 41g protein per serving.
