- 1 cup strawberries
- 1.5 cup milk
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 cups oats
- 4 tbsp chia seeds
- 2 containers Oikos vanilla greek yogurt
- 4 scoops unflavored whey protein powder
- Blend 1 cup strawberries, 1.5 cup milk, and 2 tsp vanilla extract together.
- Mix the blended strawberry milk with 2 cups oats, 4 tbsp chia seeds, 2 containers Oikos vanilla greek yogurt, and 4 scoops unflavored whey protein powder.
- Divide into 4 servings and refrigerate overnight.
