Ingredients

  • tofu
  • cornstarch
  • egg, whisked
  • breadcrumbs
  • spices
  • 10 cloves garlic
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • honey
  • gochujang
  • soy sauce
  • hot water
  • veggies

Recipe

  1. Dip tofu into cornstarch, then whisked egg, then breadcrumbs + spices mixed together.
  2. Airfry @ 400 for 15 minutes.
  3. Saute 10 cloves garlic in 1 tbsp sesame oil.
  4. Add honey, gochujang, soy sauce, and hot water.
  5. Mix until thickens.
  6. Combine veggies, tofu, and sauce.
