- 1/2 banana (~55g)
- 1/3 cup 2% milk
- 1 tsp unsweetened cocoa powder
- 15g (~2.5 tbsp) oats
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- Blend 1/2 banana (~55g), 1/3 cup 2% milk, and 1 tsp unsweetened cocoa powder.
- Add 15g (~2.5 tbsp) oats and 1 tbsp chia seeds.
- Stir and refrigerate overnight.
Makes 1 serving, can multiple to meal prep breakfast for the week. Macros: 234 cal, 13.7g protein, 34.6g carbs, 6.3g fat.
