Recipe

  1. Blend 1/2 banana (~55g), 1/3 cup 2% milk, and 1 tsp unsweetened cocoa powder.
  2. Add 15g (~2.5 tbsp) oats and 1 tbsp chia seeds.
  3. Stir and refrigerate overnight.
