banana bread (healthier)

- 2 mashed ripe bananas
- 1/3 cup oil
- 2 eggs
- 1/3 cup honey
- 1/4 cup low fat milk
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- salt
- 1.75 cups flour
- chocolate chips / walnuts as desired
- Mix 2 mashed ripe bananas, 1/3 cup oil, 2 eggs, 1/3 cup honey, 1/4 cup low fat milk, and 1 tsp vanilla.
- Add 1 tsp baking soda, 1 tsp cinnamon, and salt.
- Fold in 1.75 cups flour and chocolate chips / walnuts as desired.
- Bake at 325 for 50 mins.
