Ingredients

  • 2 mashed ripe bananas
  • 1/3 cup oil
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/3 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup low fat milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • salt
  • 1.75 cups flour
  • chocolate chips / walnuts as desired

Recipe

  1. Mix 2 mashed ripe bananas, 1/3 cup oil, 2 eggs, 1/3 cup honey, 1/4 cup low fat milk, and 1 tsp vanilla.
  2. Add 1 tsp baking soda, 1 tsp cinnamon, and salt.
  3. Fold in 1.75 cups flour and chocolate chips / walnuts as desired.
  4. Bake at 325 for 50 mins.
