Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • italian seasoning
  • pepper
  • chili powder
  • 1 cup veggie broth
  • cottage cheese
  • 2 cans butter beans
  • parmesan
  • red pepper flakes

Recipe

  1. Saute 2 tbsp butter, 4 cloves garlic, italian seasoning, pepper, and chili powder for 1-2 minutes
  2. Add 1 cup veggie broth
  3. Blend mixture with cottage cheese
  4. Add 2 cans of drained butter beans
  5. Cook for 10 mins
  6. Stir in parmesan
  7. Top with red pepper flakes
