- 2 tbsp butter
- 4 cloves garlic
- italian seasoning
- pepper
- chili powder
- 1 cup veggie broth
- cottage cheese
- 2 cans butter beans
- parmesan
- red pepper flakes
- Saute 2 tbsp butter, 4 cloves garlic, italian seasoning, pepper, and chili powder for 1-2 minutes
- Add 1 cup veggie broth
- Blend mixture with cottage cheese
- Add 2 cans of drained butter beans
- Cook for 10 mins
- Stir in parmesan
- Top with red pepper flakes
