Ingredients

  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • olive oil
  • sauce
  • parmesan cheese
  • burrata cheese
  • onions
  • bell peppers

Recipe

  1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
  2. Blend 1 cup cottage cheese.
  3. Mix with 1 cup flour, 1 tsp baking powder, 1 tsp salt (coating your hands in olive oil can help mix the dough).
  4. Grease/line pan, spread crust out on pan into circle that's 10-12 inches (make sure its thin enough).
  5. Rub top of crust with olive oil.
  6. Bake for 8-10 minutes.
  7. Add sauce, parmesan cheese, burrata cheese, onions, bell peppers.
  8. Bake for 5 minutes.
  9. Broil for 2-3 minutes.

Makes 3-4 servings. Total for crust is 675 cals, 37g protein.
