- 1 cup cottage cheese
- 1 cup flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp salt
- olive oil
- sauce
- parmesan cheese
- burrata cheese
- onions
- bell peppers
- Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
- Blend 1 cup cottage cheese.
- Mix with 1 cup flour, 1 tsp baking powder, 1 tsp salt (coating your hands in olive oil can help mix the dough).
- Grease/line pan, spread crust out on pan into circle that's 10-12 inches (make sure its thin enough).
- Rub top of crust with olive oil.
- Bake for 8-10 minutes.
- Add sauce, parmesan cheese, burrata cheese, onions, bell peppers.
- Bake for 5 minutes.
- Broil for 2-3 minutes.
Makes 3-4 servings. Total for crust is 675 cals, 37g protein.
