Ingredients

  • 1 block tofu
  • 3 tbsp cornstarch
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • chili powder
  • cucumbers
  • 3 tbsp rice vinegar
  • pinch of salt
  • 1/4 cup mayo
  • sriracha
  • splash of rice vinegar
  • rice
  • avocado

Recipe

  1. Press 1 block tofu, tear into pieces, and toss in a mixture of 3 tbsp cornstarch, 2 tbsp oil, 2 tbsp soy sauce, and chili powder.
  2. Air fry tofu at 400 for ~10 mins, flipping halfway.
  3. Toss cucumbers with 3 tbsp rice vinegar and a pinch of salt.
  4. Make sauce by combining 1/4 cup mayo, sriracha, and a splash of rice vinegar.
  5. Assemble bowls with rice, tofu, cucumbers, avocado, and sauce.
