spicy tofu bowls

- 1 block tofu
- 3 tbsp cornstarch
- 2 tbsp oil
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- chili powder
- cucumbers
- 3 tbsp rice vinegar
- pinch of salt
- 1/4 cup mayo
- sriracha
- splash of rice vinegar
- rice
- avocado
- Press 1 block tofu, tear into pieces, and toss in a mixture of 3 tbsp cornstarch, 2 tbsp oil, 2 tbsp soy sauce, and chili powder.
- Air fry tofu at 400 for ~10 mins, flipping halfway.
- Toss cucumbers with 3 tbsp rice vinegar and a pinch of salt.
- Make sauce by combining 1/4 cup mayo, sriracha, and a splash of rice vinegar.
- Assemble bowls with rice, tofu, cucumbers, avocado, and sauce.
