Ingredients

  • 130g 2% milk
  • 360g cottage cheese (4% fat)
  • 2 tbsp nutritional yeast
  • 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 5 cloves minced garlic
  • 33g lite mozarella cheese (or parm)
  • 140g cooked pasta
  • red pepper flakes
  • aglio olio

Recipe

  1. Blend 130g 2% milk, 360g cottage cheese, and 2 tbsp nutritional yeast until smooth.
  2. Heat 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil in a saucepan.
  3. Add 5 cloves minced garlic and cook until fragrant (1-2 mins).
  4. Turn heat to low.
  5. Add cottage cheese mixture.
  6. Add 33g lite mozarella cheese (or parm).
  7. Add in 140g cooked pasta.
  8. Stir in red pepper flakes and aglio olio.

You can air fry broccoli and crumbled tofu to add on top as well.
