- 130g 2% milk
- 360g cottage cheese (4% fat)
- 2 tbsp nutritional yeast
- 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 5 cloves minced garlic
- 33g lite mozarella cheese (or parm)
- 140g cooked pasta
- red pepper flakes
- aglio olio
- Blend 130g 2% milk, 360g cottage cheese, and 2 tbsp nutritional yeast until smooth.
- Heat 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil in a saucepan.
- Add 5 cloves minced garlic and cook until fragrant (1-2 mins).
- Turn heat to low.
- Add cottage cheese mixture.
- Add 33g lite mozarella cheese (or parm).
- Add in 140g cooked pasta.
- Stir in red pepper flakes and aglio olio.
You can air fry broccoli and crumbled tofu to add on top as well.
