- 1 red onion
- 1 carrot
- olive oil
- garlic
- 5-6 tomatoes
- ½ cup water
- basil powder
- salt
- pepper
- honey
- yogurt
- Set instant pot to saute mode
- Saute 1 red onion and 1 carrot in olive oil for 5 minutes
- Stir in garlic and cook for 1 minute
- Add 5-6 tomatoes, ½ cup water, basil powder, salt, pepper, and honey
- Stir, and set instant pot to pressure cook (high) for 8 mins (keep vent sealed)
- After 10 mins of it being done, manually release the remaining pressure
- Blend and stir in yogurt for extra creaminess
