Thai Basil Tofu

Ingredients

  • 1 block medium-firm tofu
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • cornstarch
  • veggies of choice (zucchini, carrot, scallions)
  • 1 tbsp ginger
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • soy sauce
  • vegetarian oyster sauce
  • chili crisp
  • ⅓ cup water
  • roasted peanuts
  • basil
  • scallions

Recipe

  1. Crumble 1 block medium-firm tofu
  2. Mix tofu with 1 tbsp soy sauce + cornstarch
  3. Air fry at 400F for 8 mins, flipping halfway
  4. Saute veggies of choice (zucchini, carrot, scallions)
  5. In a small bowl, whisk together: 1 tbsp ginger, 2 cloves garlic minced, soy sauce, vegetarian oyster sauce, chili crisp, ⅓ cup water
  6. Heat sauce in pan, stirring until it thickens
  7. Add tofu and veggies
  8. Add roasted peanuts, basil, scallions
