Thai Basil Tofu

- 1 block medium-firm tofu
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- cornstarch
- veggies of choice (zucchini, carrot, scallions)
- 1 tbsp ginger
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- soy sauce
- vegetarian oyster sauce
- chili crisp
- ⅓ cup water
- roasted peanuts
- basil
- scallions
- Crumble 1 block medium-firm tofu
- Mix tofu with 1 tbsp soy sauce + cornstarch
- Air fry at 400F for 8 mins, flipping halfway
- Saute veggies of choice (zucchini, carrot, scallions)
- In a small bowl, whisk together: 1 tbsp ginger, 2 cloves garlic minced, soy sauce, vegetarian oyster sauce, chili crisp, ⅓ cup water
- Heat sauce in pan, stirring until it thickens
- Add tofu and veggies
- Add roasted peanuts, basil, scallions
