- ¼ cup soy sauce
- 2 tbsp sriracha
- 1 tbsp minced garlic (or 6 cloves minced)
- 1 tbsp minced ginger
- 1 tbsp crushed red pepper
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 2 tsp sugar
- tofu

- mushrooms
- bread
- avocado
- spicy mayo
- Marinate tofu in fridge for 30 minutes in soy sauce, sriracha, minced garlic, minced ginger, crushed red pepper, sesame oil, and sugar.
- Bake at 400F for 20 mins, flipping halfway.
- Prepare onions and mushrooms in pan.
- Toast bread, spread avocado, add tofu and spicy mayo.
