Ingredients

  • ¼ cup soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp sriracha
  • 1 tbsp minced garlic (or 6 cloves minced)
  • 1 tbsp minced ginger
  • 1 tbsp crushed red pepper
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 2 tsp sugar
  • tofu
  • onions
  • mushrooms
  • bread
  • avocado
  • spicy mayo

Recipe

  1. Marinate tofu in fridge for 30 minutes in soy sauce, sriracha, minced garlic, minced ginger, crushed red pepper, sesame oil, and sugar.
  2. Bake at 400F for 20 mins, flipping halfway.
  3. Prepare onions and mushrooms in pan.
  4. Toast bread, spread avocado, add tofu and spicy mayo.
