  • edamame

Recipe

  1. Blend tofu, milk, and cottage cheese until smooth.
  2. Saute gochujang and garlic in butter and oil.
  3. Add the blended tofu mixture to the pan.
  4. Add spices: chili powder, salt, onion powder, and red chili flakes.
  5. Add boiled pasta and stir to combine.
  6. Microwave edamame and add to the pasta.
