- 1 cup cottage cheese (blended)
- 1/2 cup yogurt
- 2 eggs
- sweetener
- 1 tsp vanilla
- crushed nilla wafers + butter
- Blend cottage cheese until smooth.
- Mix together blended cottage cheese, yogurt, eggs, sweetener, and vanilla.
- Press crushed nilla wafers mixed with butter into the bottom of a pan to form the crust.
- Pour the filling over the crust.
- Bake at 350 degrees for around 30 minutes.
Makes 3 servings. Approximately 234 calories and 14g protein per serving.
