Ingredients

  • 1 cup cottage cheese (blended)
  • 1/2 cup yogurt
  • 2 eggs
  • sweetener
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • crushed nilla wafers + butter

Recipe

  1. Blend cottage cheese until smooth.
  2. Mix together blended cottage cheese, yogurt, eggs, sweetener, and vanilla.
  3. Press crushed nilla wafers mixed with butter into the bottom of a pan to form the crust.
  4. Pour the filling over the crust.
  5. Bake at 350 degrees for around 30 minutes.

Makes 3 servings. Approximately 234 calories and 14g protein per serving.
